Evening Routine

 

How many times to do head to bed and your super tired and yet …. they moment you go to lay down it is like you have had 4 cups of coffee and BAM you are wide awake.

That is the worst feeling EVER!

I got into a groove of heading to my computer one last time to check my calendar, make any notes I needed to remember from the day for tomorrow’s to-do list and then go and take a shower to “wash away my day”.

This Going To Bed routine for me has been awesome as it allows me the opportunity to settle into a great spot for my day.

What routines do you do to settle your mind at the end of the day, or even a midday routine to get you ready for the afternoon if you feel sluggish?
