Feeding your Soul

For many when they hear the term now “self care” or “feed your soul” they think it is over used and not part of day to day life. It is “FLUFF” in a world of anger and disappointment.

But for those who have dealt with pain, disappointment, loss, grief, anger and abuse. It does take time to understand that in order to be your Best Self then taking time for Yourself is all you can do.

I have dealt with burnout in my life, at the age of 23 was my first time. And several times since then, but the one that always feeds my soul is being out in nature. I love being on the water and I am blessed to have a river near me that has wild horses all around. Once a week is my day to recharge and Feed My Soul being on the water, seeing the trees and the animals. A few hours later and it is like I have been on a mini vacation.

My question to you is …. what do you love to do that can Feed Your Soul? If you are so numb to life, I invite you to follow me on social media and see if something pops up to you that can provide some inspiration and share with me there. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok - you can find me!

Wishing you a wonderful time finding what feeds your soul!
