Learn & Relax with Thai Yoga Massage Workshop

Ready for a hands-on virtual class, hosted via Zoom where you can learn the art of Thai yoga massage - a great idea for date night, valentines day, or just because!

All you need is a quiet space, the ability to get on the floor and relax.

During this 90 minute class (hosted online so you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home) you'll learn the art of Thai massage supported by yoga poses to do with your partner and create stretching, breathe together and feel a deeper connection...

Not recommended for pregnant women. We will be resting on our belly’s quite a bit.

What will be covered:

  • Begin in guided meditation with breath awareness

  • Partner 1 settles into a comfortable space with blankets if needed. Partner 2 performs stretches to Partner 1.

  • Stretches will focus on release in neck, back, hips, hamstrings, feet and hands.

  • Then swap Partners and provide support.

  • Conclude with Meditation at end leaving you super relaxed and calm together.

I have been teaching this workshop for over 20 years and it is by far one of my favorites. The connection you gain with your partner is wonderful. Get a sitter if you have kids, close the door on any pets who might think it is play time and connect to each other!
